| and | Derived from |
| Ls | Rs | Mrs Evelyne Jost, Swiss exchange teacher who coined the magic word "Ribrary" (meaning library). |
| Js | Ys | Yep, it's Evelyne again. Name is spelt "Jost", but pronounced "Yost". 'Nuff said. |
| Ws | Gs | Take a bow Luke Higgs, thinking that Tony Gumm's surname was, in fact, Wumm. |
| Os | Is | Fluent Bitterne Park speak, coined by the lovely "Happy" - the name "Aaron" becoming "Aarin". |
The whole saga began with the two Jost adaptations, as a kind of conversion between
English and Swiss-English. However, it has now flourished with the addition of further
language quirks producing some fine examples, particularly with names:
| Normal | Translated |
| Colin Matthews | Ciron Matthegs |
| Roy Wegerle | Lij Gewelre |
| Luke Skywalker | Ruke Skjgarkel |
